Holt County has many local attractions. One that is quite unique is the Cowboy Trail. The Cowboy Trail is the longest "rail-to-trial" conversion in progress in the U.S. Currently 136 miles of trail have been opened to the public; hiking, biking and horseback riding. You can enjoy an unbroken stretch of the Cowboy Trail from O'Neill to Stuart.
